Sometimes as an athlete, the last thing you want to be doing is consuming a heavy meal or shake. Instead, try this post match juice to replenish those glycogen stores and kick start the recovery process!

Ingredients:

  • 500ml Pineapple juice, unsweetened
  • 25g Clear Whey Isolate - Orange and Lime Flavour

Method:

Blend the scoop of clear whey protein (orange and lime flavour) with 250ml (half) of the pineapple juice in a blender.

Pour this into the bottle or shaker you are serving in, and then top up the volume with the other half (250ml) of the pineapple juice. Shake
gently to combine and keep chilled prior to drinking if possible.
